LS-DeGAS降低硫磺装置烟气SO_2排放成套技术工业应用

齐鲁研究院通过催化剂研发和工艺创新,形成了LS-DeGAS降低硫磺回收装置SO_2排放成套技术。内容包括高效有机硫水解催化剂、高效脱硫剂、独立的再生系统、降低吸收塔温度、合理处理液硫脱气废气,以及增上净化气超净化塔等。该技术已在10余套硫磺装置应用,结果表明,满足烟气SO_2排放质量浓度小于100 mg/m~3的排放标准要求,达到国际领先水平。

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION OF LS-DeGAS COMPLETE SET TECHNOLOGY FOR SEWAGE REDUCTION OF FLUE GAS FROM SULFUR UNIT

LS-DeGAS complete set technology for sewage reduction of flue gas from sulfur unit was formed by catalyst development and process innovation by Research Institute of SIN-OPEC Qilu Branch Company. The process innovation included high efficient organic sulfur hy-drolysis catalyst and desulfurizer, independent regeneration system, reduction temperature of absorption tower, reasonable treatment of waste gas from degasing of liquid sulfur, increasion of super purification tower for upper purification gas. Purpose of set up the LS-DeGAS complete set technology was reduction of investment and running cost, clean production and environment protection, no second pollution, which had been applied in more than 10 sets of sulfur unit. The application results showed that the flue gas met the deswage standard of less than 100 mg/m3 , which reached the international leading level.
