丙烷脱沥青装置腐蚀原因分析及工艺优化

摘    要:介绍丙烷脱沥青装置的腐蚀情况,分析其腐蚀原因,针对当前气相丙烷碱液脱硫的局限性,提出新加液相丙烷胺液脱硫工艺流程的解决方案。该方案基本解决丙烷脱沥青装置主要设备和管线的硫化氢腐蚀问题,保证装置的安全和平稳运行。

CAUSE ANALYSIS AND PROCESS OPTIMIZATION ON CORROSION OF PROPANE DEASPHALTING UNIT
Abstract:Corrosion situation of propane deasphalting unit was described. Corrosion causes were analyzed. Desulfurization limitation of the alkali liquor from gas phase propane was sum-marized. Solved project was put forth on desulfurization process flow by adding liquid phase MDEA solution. Corrosion problem in the main equipments and pipelines caused by hydrogen sulfide was solved by the fore mentioned project, which ensured safe and stable running of the unit.
