异丁烷分离技术的研究

摘    要:根据被分离物系特点,选用PR方程为热力学模拟模型方程;根据分离序列探试规则理论确定适合分离体系的分离流程,利用稳态模拟软件模拟该分离流程,计算不同回流比下的设备费及操作费;依据总费用最小,通过优化操作条件和塔设备结构参数确定生产装置优化条件;通过经济技术分析,计算该项目的年利润及回收期.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the separation system,PR equation was chosen as thermodynamic model equation.According to the separation sequence heuristic rule theory,the separation process was determined and simulated by utilizing steady state simulation software.The equipment cost and operation cost were calculated in different reflux ratio.According to the theory of minimum total cost,the operation conditions and the column equipment structure parameters were optimized,inlet point and theory tray were determined.According to the economic technical analysis,the annual profit and the recovery period were calculated.
