摘    要:天然活性成分具有重要的生理功能,可用于制备药品、化妆品和保健食品等,但大部分天然活性成分存在易挥发且不稳定的缺点,在一定程度上限制了其广泛应用,而微胶囊技术是解决此问题的一种有效方法.本文从微胶囊技术定义、制备方法、壁材选择等方面,阐述了微胶囊技术及其应用现状,并重点介绍了透明质酸微胶囊壁材及其应用.

Abstract:Natural active ingredients have important physiological functions and can be used in the preparation of pharmaceuticals,cosmetics and health foods.However,most natural active ingredients have the disadvantages of being volatile and unstable,which limits their widespread application to a certain extent.Microcapsule technology is an effective method to solve this problem.This article describes the microcapsule technology and its application status from the aspects of definition of microcapsule technology,preparation method and selection of wall material,and focuses on hyaluronic acid as microcapsule wall material and its application.
