千米级斜拉桥施工过程中的索力优化与线形控制研究

摘    要:采用一阶最优化计算方法来确定某千米级斜拉桥的合理施工状态,将斜拉桥成桥后的线形和梁塔的最小弯曲应变能设为目标函数,根据其重要程度的不同,给予不同的加权系数。通过对目标函数的最优化处理,求出各施工阶段的斜拉索索力和主梁的预转折角,用空间非线性有限元模拟了钢箱梁的悬臂拼装过程,为桥梁的施工控制提供依据。

Abstract:This paper adopts the first order optimization method to determine the rational construction state of a thousandmeter scale cablestayed bridge.The square sum of girder elevation errors and the bending strain energy of the girders and the cable tower constitutes the objective function,with different weighting coefficients.By minimizing the objective function,the tensile force of cables and the prearranged angle of girders in construction state are obtained.Using geometically nonlinear FEM,the actual cantilever construction process of steel boxshaped girders is simulated.The results provide a basis for the construction control of the bridge.
