坚硬顶板工作面冲击地压监测预警技术

摘    要:针对坚硬顶板和高应力的开采条件,提出了冲击地压远近场联合监测预警技术。采用ARAMISM/E微震监测系统进行远场监测,对工作面开采过程中微震事件的时空演化规律进行分析,确定冲击地压预警指标bηMmA(b)的值分别为0.58、1.52、2.32、7.85,建立联合指标对冲击地压进行预报。采用电磁辐射和煤体应力进行近场监测,确定工作面和两回采巷道电磁辐射强度预报值分别为154、131、136 mV,结合煤体应力等值线的变化,对冲击危险性进行评价。应用实例表明,采用冲击地压远近场联合监测预警技术后,成功预测了数次冲击地压,取得了较好的预测效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the mining conditions of hard roof and high stress, a combined monitoring and early warning technology for near and far fields was proposed. the ARAMISM/E microseismic monitoring system was used for the monitoring of the far field, the time-space evolution regularity of the microseismic events in the working face during coal mining was analyzed, the early warning indicatorb, η, Mmand A (b) of the rock burst were determined to be 0.58, 1.52, 2.32 and 7.85 respectively, and a combined indicator system was set up for the prediction of the rock burst. The electromagnetic radiation intensity and the coal body stress were used for the monitoring of the near field, the prediction value of the electromagnetic radiation intensity of the working face and its two gateways were determined to be 154 mV, 131 mV and 136 mV respectively. The rock burst hazard was evaluated according to the the change of the coal body contours. The application examples showed that several rock bursts were successfully predicted by using the combined monitoring and early warning technology of the near and far field of the rock burst, and the better prediction effect was achieved.
