低浓度瓦斯蓄热氧化供热系统的应用研究

摘    要:介绍了低浓度瓦斯蓄热氧化技术原理,对蓄热氧化供热系统的掺混系统、蓄热氧化装置、热水加热系统和安全监控系统进行了重点阐述,并对低浓度瓦斯蓄热氧化供热系统的社会经济效益进行了分析。采用低浓度瓦斯蓄热氧化供热系统替代燃煤锅炉为煤矿供热,能够有效解决当前燃煤热风炉的大气污染物排放超标问题,具有良好的节能环保效益。

Abstract:This paper described the principle of low-concentration gas regenerative oxidation technology, emphasized on the mixing system, the oxidation device, the hot water system and the safety monitoring system of the regenerative oxidation and heating system, and analyzed the social and economic benefits of the low-concentration gas regenerative oxidation system. The use of low-concentration gas regenerative oxidation system instead of coal-fired boiler for heat supply of the coal mine can effectively solve the over-limit problem of the atmospheric pollutants produced by the coal-fired hot blast stove, so it has the energy-saving and environmental protection benefits.
