乏风瓦斯混配装置调控系统设计研究

摘    要:为了满足乏风瓦斯蓄热氧化工程中瓦斯经济浓度1.0%以上的要求,采用低浓度瓦斯和乏风瓦斯混配的方法,以提高乏风瓦斯浓度。针对混配后瓦斯浓度的稳定性和系统的安全性,开展了混配装置调控系统研究。设计了前馈控制和负反馈控制相结合的浓度调控方案,以及紧急情况应急处理方案。对调控系统进行了硬件设计和选型,并设计了调控系统上位机软件和下位机软件。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement that the economic concentration of the ventilation air methane(VAM)in the regenerative oxidation project should be over 1.0%, the method of mixing the low-concentration methane with VAM was used for improving the concentration of VAM. To counter the stability of the mixed methane and the security of the system, study was carried out on the control system of the mixing device. The mixed methane concentration control scheme of combining the feedforward control and negative feedback control and the emergency response plan for emergency were designed. Then the hardware design and selection of the control system were carried out, and finally the upper and lower computer software of the control system was designed.
