| 摘 要： | 根据引进装置运行状况，将原始的物料衡算、反应动力学方程及汽液相平衡等结合起来，推导出数学模型：模拟酯化阶段各釜操作过程，并编制成相应的应用软件。计算结果与原始参数吻合，与装置实际运行情况一致。为调整工艺，指挥生产提供了依据。

| Abstract: | On the basis of working state of the import installation,combining the material calculation, kinetic equationsand gas-liquid balance,a mathematic model which simulates the opration process of every esterification reac-tor was obtained. The computation software relating to this model was worked out.The result of calculationusing this model equals to the originol data offered by Zimmer AG. and matches the practical operation stateof the installation. So,the model is useful for the technological regulation and the control of production. |
