中板厂双机轧制负荷的均衡与优化

本文分析和总结了近年来济钢中板厂以扩大生产规馍、适应市场需求为核心．通过对中板厂主要设备、坯料资源、各钢种的生产等情况全面分析．结合中板厂的技术进步．系统地开展了三辊轧叽、四辊轧机与相关设备结合，在各种生产方式下负荷的优化与均衡的工艺研究．有效地发挥了主要设备的能力．满足了品种钢、专用钢以及倍尺轧制地需要，实现了产量的大幅度地增长。

Balance and Optimization of Rolling Load in Double-mill Rolling in Medium Plate Plant

This article makes an all-round analysis of main equipment,slabs and production of various grades of steel in Medium Plate Plant of Jinan Iron and Steel Co.Ltd through analysis and summary of enlarging production scale to adapt to market demands,systematically carrys out process study of load optimization and balance using various production modes and combining threehigh mill,four-high mill with relevant equipment,brings the capability of main equipment into effective play,meets the demands for variety,special purpose steel as well as multilength rolling,realizes output increase by a large margin.
