| Abstract: | Talents are the most important and scarce resource of modern enterprises. The eternal main trend of modern enterprise management is to discover and recommend talents for enterprise sustainable development by means of the objective laws of human resource exploration. On the basis of human management concept, it is revealed that human resource management must face three transitions under new economics. |
