新经济条件下企业人力资源管理的特性研究

摘    要:人才是现代企业最重要最稀缺的资源,掌握和运用人力资源开发的客观规律,不断地为企业的可持续发展发现和培养人才,是现代企业管理永恒的主旋律。从人力资源的特性入手,揭示了新经济条件下进行人力资源管理所必须面对的三大转变。

Abstract:Talents are the most important and scarce resource of modern enterprises. The eternal main trend of modern enterprise management is to discover and recommend talents for enterprise sustainable development by means of the objective laws of human resource exploration. On the basis of human management concept, it is revealed that human resource management must face three transitions under new economics.
