高炉喷吹石油焦的可行性研究

摘    要:选用石油焦替代部分高炉喷吹用煤,并通过对其着火点、反应性、燃烧性能、可磨性及输送性能的系统研究发现,高炉喷吹石油焦可改善煤粉的燃烧性能、降低能耗。综合考虑输送性能及高炉所能承受的硫负荷,高炉喷吹石油焦的配比不宜过高。

Abstract:Petroleum coke which replaces pulverized coal was injected into blast furnace.The fundamental characteristics for combustion temperature,reactivity,combustion performance,grindability and transportability were studied.The experimental results indicate that the combustion performance can be improved and the energy can be saved by replacement of pulverized coal injection by petroleum coke.The proportion of pulverized petroleum coke injection must not be too high by comprehensive consideration of transportability and sulphur load of BF.
