摘    要:为了更全面地从理论上对整个通信网可靠性作出评价,提出了把交换节点、连接链路和传输容量3个要素有机地综合在一起的总容量归一化加权可靠性指标.该指标并不排除那些能够进行通信但通信容量比设计值小的网络状态,而是赋予一个<1的归一化权值.提出了一套计算方法,从路由寻找到不交化网络状态集及其对应容量求取均实现了易于用计算机编程的代数化或逻辑代数化计算,解决了该指标人工计算繁琐问题.简要论证了算法的正确性与合理性,通过实例说明了算法的计算过程.

Abstract:Exchange nodes, links and transmission capacity are three parameters for any communication network. In order to evaluate the reliability of communication network comprehensively in theory, the normalized reliability index weighted by total capacity is presented, which integrates three factors above. If a network state can work and its capacity is smaller than the designed value, it is not excluded but endowed with a normalized weight which is smaller than 1. A total algorithm is studied, for which algebraic or logic calculations are realized in all the calculating procedures including finding routes, calculating disjoint network set and achieving the corresponding capacity, which is easy to design program and avoids the complexity of manual calculations. The correctness and rationality of the algorithm is briefly demonstrated and the calculating course is explained through an example.
