ADAMS/Car在汽车动力学仿真分析中的应用

摘    要:本文应用ADAMS/Car建立了整车运动学模型及动力学模型,进行了仿真分析,通过验证模型符合要求。然后建立双横臂式前独立悬架,验证模型成功后,进行动力学分析。仿真结果表明,应用ADAMS/Car所建立的模型能较全面的评价和预测动力学性能。这种建模仿真方法避免了繁琐的动力学方程,为复杂样机的开发提供了新思路。如果应用ADAMS/Car进行汽车产品的开发,将会极大地缩短产品开发周期,降低成本,提高工作效率。

Abstract:Firstly we make kinematics and dynamics model of the whole car based on ADAMS/Car in the paper.By analyzing and simulating the model,and the result of the validation reveal that the model is up to the accuracy specification.Then make double cross arm active suspension model.After validating the accuracy specification of the suspension model,we simulate the model and analyze the dynamics of the model.The results of the simulation indicate that the model with ADAMS/Car could evaluate and forecast the dynamics of the model.The modeling method avoid the complex dynamics equation.If design the new product with ADAMS/Car,it will shorten the time of design,reduce the cost and enhance the work efficiency.
