大豆纤维与羊毛混纺产品的定量分析

摘    要:研究大豆蛋白纤维与羊毛混纺产品的定量化学分析方法。分别用13种常用的酸、碱、盐和有机溶剂对两种纤维进行溶解性试验,在筛选出的试剂中进行条件优化试验,最终确定以2.5%浓度的氢氧化钠溶液,在沸水浴中处理样品20min,充分溶解羊毛纤维,剩余大豆蛋白纤维;再经抽滤、烘干、冷却、称重后计算出大豆蛋白纤维/羊毛混纺比,其中大豆蛋白纤维的重量修正系数为1.04。

Abstract:This paper mainly researched the quantitative analysis method of soybean protein fiber and wool blended fabric, 13 traditional acid, base, salt and organic solvents are used to dissolve the two fibers. The optimum process of the selected agent is defined, that is, the sample is treated in the boiling water contained 2.5% caustic soda for 20 minutes, thus, the wool fiber is thoroughly dissolved, the residue is only the soybean protein fiber, followed by filtering, drying, cooling and weighting, therefore, the blended ratio of soybean fiber and wool fiber can be calculated, weight correction factor of soybean fiber in this test is 1.04.
