内蒙某极贫铁矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:本文针对内蒙某极贫铁矿开展了详细的选矿试验研究,矿石经过磁滑轮预选-粗磨磁选-粗精矿再磨磁选工艺,在粗磨细度-200目含量73.84%,再磨细度-325目含量90.57%的条件下,可以获得精矿产率8.49%,品位58.75%,回收率49.14%的指标。试验结果表明,该矿石在现有技术条件下属于极难选铁矿石,试验研究结果可为未来开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:This paper has conducted the detailed experimental research on a extremely lean iron ore in Inner Mongolia, magnetic pulley preselection - rough grinding magnetic separation - rough concentarate regriding magnetic separation technology with rough grinding fineness(-200 mesh) of 73.84% and regrinding fineness(-325 mesh) of 90.57% was used, the index of concentrate yield is 8.49%, concentrate grade is 58.75% and concentrate recovery is 49.14%. The results show that this ore is extremely refractory iron ore under the existing technical conditions, th results can provide reference for future development.
