摘    要:以脂肪酸(己酸、辛酸、癸酸)和N,N-二甲基乙醇胺为原料,合成了3种醇胺酯类阻锈剂HMEA,OMEA,CMEA.电化学分析结果表明:3种阻锈剂通过物理、化学吸附作用在钢筋表面形成了保护层,有效地抑制了试样在模拟孔隙液中的腐蚀反应.其中OMEA的效果最为显著,浓度为0.4%时,其缓蚀效率达到66.4%,对混凝土无不良影响,具有良好的应用前景.

Abstract:Three kinds of organic inhibitors ( HMEA, OMEA, CMEA) are synthesized using fatty acid (hexylic acid, octanoic acid, capric acid) and N, N-dimethyl ethanolamine as raw materials. Electrochemical analytical result shows that the formation of organic film on iron through chemical or physical adsorption is the main cause of preventing the corrosion reaction effectively. Among the three inhibitors, OMEA proves more effective when its content is 0.4% ( percent weight relative to simulated concrete solution), the corrosion inhibition rate is up to 66. 4% compared with blank specimen. Having no harmful effect to the concrete, it has application prospect.
