| 摘 要： | 根据湘潭地区历史负荷及气象等相关资料,研究分析了该地区的负荷特性,对负荷的各种影响因素进行了量化分析,重点对气象敏感负荷和大用户对地区负荷的影响进行了分析,分析结果有利于提高短期负荷预测准确率,为电力负荷紧张期间的负荷调控与合理分配提供了有力的依据.
