| 摘 要： | 为解决电网规划工作中有关基础数据收资、规划工作管理和规划实施管控方面的问题,研发了一套涵盖规划业务管理和规划辅助决策功能的省地一体化电网规划信息系统。系统分为三个部分:基础数据平台,实现对各类规划基础数据的管理;规划业务管理模块,实现对各种规划业务的流程管理;规划辅助决策模块,提供规划辅助决策分析功能。在广东电网公司实施应用表明,该系统能够有效提高电网规划工作的信息化水平、管理水平和工作效率,具有较好的实用性。 |
