摘    要:石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统(FGD)运行中由于锅炉煤质差投油助燃、电除尘除尘效率低等原因,造成吸收塔浆液失效(中毒).通过添加浓度为32%的NaOH和Ca(OH)2,在短时间内脱硫效率迅速上升到95%以上.有效解决了浆液失效情况下不排浆置换、不开旁路挡板的难题,大量节约浆液并保证脱硫系统的投用率.

Abstract:During operation of the limestone gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system(FGD),the absorber slurry loses effectiveness,i.e.poisoning,as a result of poor boiler coal and putting oil combustion,as well as low efficiency of electric precipitation.By means of adding NaOH and Ca(OH)2 whose concentration are 32%,desulfurization efficiency rises up quickly to more than 95% in a short time.It effectively solves the problem of no discharging slurry replacement and no bypass damper when slurry loses effectiveness,...
