| 摘 要： | 以合同能源管理(energy performan cecontracting,EPC)项目风险分析理论为基础,结合火电厂节能改造项目的特点,研究EPC模式下基于工作分解结构(work breakdown structure,WBS)和风险分解结构(risk breakdown structure,RBS)的节能改造项目风险识别。全面系统地识别在EPC模式下火电厂节能改造项目全过程的风险因素,有助于风险评价和风险分担,能够促进火电厂节能改造项目的顺利进行。
