| 摘 要： | 采用数据包络分析(data envelopment analysis,DEA)防法,将生产要素区分为电力要素投入和非电力要素投入,基于2000-2008年中国29省的统计数据,分别测算了所有投入要素同时缩减的电力消费综合效率和固定非电力要素投入时,不同经济增长环境下纯粹的电力消费效率,比较结果并做出进一步的收敛性检验....

| Abstract: | Production factors are divided into power factor inputs and non-power factor inputs with the data envelopment analysis method.According to statistics data of 29 provinces in China from 2000 to 2008,the article calculated comprehensive electricity consumption efficiency when all power factors inputs are reduced and pure efficiency of electricity consumption for fixed non-power factor inputs under different economic growth environment.The results are compared and made further convergence test.Based on the abo... |
