| 摘 要： | 研究了一种工程实用的煤质软测量方法。通过测量锅炉、汽轮机、磨煤机、空气预热器的运行参数以及烟气成分含量,建立了电站锅炉入炉煤质在线监测模型;从磨煤机的运行状态中提取入炉煤收到基水分的信息;利用数据融合技术建立发热量、水分和灰分的关系,结合锅炉本体以及空气预热器的能量平衡分析,提取入炉煤发热量和灰分信息;根据物质守恒和能量守恒原理,从排烟成分中提取煤的干燥无灰基元素含量的信息,实现入炉煤元素分析和发热量的实时监测。现场试验表明,该模型能够快速准确测定入炉煤质,测量精度满足现场的需要。
