摘    要:针对传统光伏发电DC/DC变换器工作在硬开关状态时,因开关损耗大、开关管所承受的电压电流大等缺点导致的系统效率下降问题,采用了一种软开关Boost变换器,其结构简单,易于控制,大大减少了变换器工作中的开关损耗,并且降低了开关管所承受的压降.最后通过仿真和实验证明变换器的主、辅开关管和续流二极管均能实现软开关,从而提高了...
