直接空冷机组空冷岛风机耗功特性的研究及测试

摘    要:通过对空冷机组空冷岛风机传动装置各个环节的效率分析,证明在50%转速及以上时,电动机效率、变频装置及减速装置的效率下降均不太明显,最终计算出各台空冷岛风机所耗用电功率与转速变化仍近似呈3次方变化规律。现场实测结果与计算结果的比较表明,采用理论计算模型计算结果与实测结果偏差绝对值并不大,对于分析空冷岛风机的优化计算影响很小。

Abstract:After the detailed analysis of the efficiencies for the ACC fans power transmission loop,it is proved that the efficiency drop of the motor,frequency converter,and speed reducer is relatively small when the operation speed is 50%or above,which leads to the conclusion that the power consumption of the ACC motors isthe cubic function of the operation speed.After comparison of the site testing result and theoretical calculation result,it is shown that the absolute difference of the two results is small and has...
