摘    要:根据大容量直流电容器新的市场需求,通过对电解电容、超级电容和金属化薄膜电容的性能比较分析,认为在中、高压范围内金属化薄膜电容器性能、寿命、可靠性等方面优势明显,已经逐步替代铝电解电容,介绍应用例子和产品发展趋势,并期待着国产金属化薄膜大容量直流电容器能尽快缩短与先进国家产品的差距.

Abstract:Based on the market demand of high power DC capacitor and through comparison as well as analysis of electrolytic capacitor,super capacitor and metalized film capacitor,the author thinks that the metalized film capacitor possesses obvious advantages on performance,life and reliability in the range of medium and high voltage and will gradually replace traditional aluminum electrolytic capacitor.Its application examples and development trend are also described and it is expected to shorten the gap between the ...
