烟草中有机酸分析研究进展

较全面地综述了近 5 0年来国内外烟草中有机酸的分析研究进展 ,并对烟草中各种有机酸如挥发、半挥发和不挥发酸的性质、含量、前处理方法包括溶剂萃取、水蒸气蒸馏和甲酯化等 ,以及分析仪器的发展与局限性进行了比较 ,认为改进现有方法 ,开发新方法 ,使烟草中有机酸的分析过程更简便、快速 ,分析结果更准确 ,是今后烟草有机酸分析的重要研究课题。

Advance on Analysis of Organic Acids in Tobacco

The achievements about analysis of organic acids in tobacco at home and abroad over past fifty years were reviewed comprehensively. The properties and contents of various organic acids, such as volatile,semi-volatile and nonvolatile acids, pretreatments including solvent extraction, steam distillation and methyl esterification, and developments and limitations of analytic instruments were compared. It was considered that the exploration of simpler, faster and more accurate analytic methods through improving current methods or developing new ones would be a major subject in analysis of organic acids in tobacco.
