疏松砂岩油藏酸化技术研究

摘    要:桩106块Ng组储层砂岩胶结疏松、泥质含量高等特征,导致油层污染严重,出砂严重且防砂效果差,停产井多而频繁且难扶起。通过储层特征、敏感性评价、构建涂料砂与地层砂混配模型等,研究储层潜在损害和防砂措施;通过酸液溶蚀岩心及滤堵物试验、混配模型通酸试验等优选解堵液体系,确定了适宜该块稳定开发的“先酸后防、先防后酸”施工工艺,现场应用效果较好。

Abstract:For sandstones of the Ng reservoir in Zhuangxi 106 block in Shengli Oilfield are loose and its shale content is high,the reservoir pollution and sand production are serious,many producing wells must be often shut in and put back on production difficultly.The paper stulies the mechanisms of potential reservoir damage and sand control methods based on reservoir characteristics,sensitivity evaluation and mixing model of coating sands and formation sands etc.Through acid attacking core test,stemming filter test and acid crossing mixing model test,blocking remover systems are optimized and the working processes of "sand control after acidizing or acidizing after sand control"are determined,which are suited to the stable development of this block.Through application of the working processes in site,the good results are got.
