纳米微粒对低温保护剂比热容的影响

摘    要:为了研究纳米微粒对低温保护剂热力学性质的影响,实验利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测量了加入羟基磷灰石(HA)纳米微粒的丙三醇低温保护剂溶液(浓度为50%)比热容的值。实验结果表明:当加入HA纳米微粒质量分数为0.1%时,其溶液的比热容的值有略微的下降。但是当加入的纳米微粒质量分数提高到0.5%时,溶液的比热容的值发生了比较明显的下降。因为比热容与热扩散系数成反比,所以小的比热容能提高降温速率。针对实验中的比热容的变化,作者尝试做出了一些理论解释。

Abstract:To study the effects of the nanoparticles on thermodynamic parameter of cryoprotectant solutions,the specific heat of the glycerol solutions(50% v/v) with/without nanoparticiles(HA) was measured by using DSC.The results show that specific heat of the glycerol solutions has decreased slightly,when the mass fraction of nanoparticles is 0.1%.While specific heat of the glycerol solutions has decreased obviously,when the mass fraction of nanoparticles is 0.5%.Because the specific heat is inverse to the thermal diffusivity,the less the specific heat is,the farther the cooling rate is.This paper provides a theoretical explanation about it.
