摘    要:针对无心跳供体肺原位冷却保护的要求,分别借助支气管和胸腔途径,研发了由保护气体冷却和保护液体冷却两种手段相结合的快速降温保护系统。实验结果表明:气管通气冷却只对支气管及其附近的区域有较好的降温效果,而对气管末梢及肺表面区域的降温效果很差;胸腔循环保护液体冷却对肺表面和内部都有不错的冷却效果,但这种方式却有可能造成肺实质的机械损伤。

Abstract:For the requirements of lung preservation with low temperature in situ,a rapid cooling and preservative system was developed.By the way of bronchus and thorax,the temperature of donor lung would be reduced respectively with cooling gas and cooling water.The experimental results showed that the cooling effect would be better in the areas closer to the entrance of the trachea with cooling gas and there was nearly no effect in the end of bronchus.With cooling fluid,the cooling effect was satisfied both in the surface and internal area except some potential mechanical damage for lung tissue.
