新型水泥膏浆研究及应用

摘    要:水泥膏浆由于具有遇水不分散、抗水流冲释等优点,已广泛应用于动水堵漏工程中,但通常使用的水泥膏浆存在膨润土掺量大、施工工艺复杂等缺点。本文研究了一种掺加外加剂的新型水泥膏浆,对其性能进行了试验研究和在动水条件下的室内模拟堵漏试验,并在重庆鱼洞长江大桥15^#桥墩下游幅围堰工程中得到应用。室内试验和应用结果表明,掺入新型外加剂的水泥膏浆具有自堆积、凝结时间可控和良好的抗水流冲释等优点,适合具有一定开度的溶洞地层以及含块石架空结构的土石围堰等大孔隙地层的动水堵漏,可为类似工程提供参考和借鉴作用。

Abstract:The cement paste has been widely applied in many leakage control engineering projects due to its characteristics of un-dispersing in water and resisting flow. However, common paste-slurry has disadvantages of high content of bentonite admixture and complicated construction technique. A new type of cement paste is proposed in this paper. The characteristics of the new paste were studied and model tests on seepage blocking were conducted in laboratory. It has been applied in the construction of Yudong Yangtze Bridge pier cofferdam. The results showed that the new paste had self-accumulation property, easier timing control and better flow resistance. It is proved that the new cement paste can be used for seepage blocking under conditions of flowing water in karst regions and large-cavity strata.
