聚氯乙烯/聚苯乙烯共混物在过氧化物作用下的交联和降解问题

摘    要:通过流变实验和共混物中聚苯乙烯的分子量测定发现,在用过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)对聚氯乙烯(PVC)/聚苯乙烯(PS)/丁腈橡胶(NBR)(质量比(46/46/8)共混体系实施原位交联时,PS在自由基引发下发生降解,且随着DCP含量的增加,其降解程度随之增加,在适中的DCP含量(0.15%)时,共混物的冲击强度最佳,在上述体系中加入苯乙烯时,苯乙烯单体在均聚的同时还与NBR和PVC发生接枝反应,从而起增容作用,同时在一定程度上抑制了共混物中PS的降解。

Abstract:In situ crosslinking was performed in PVC/PS/NBR(46/46/8, mass ratio) blend with dicumyl peroxide as the crosslinking agent. Results of rheological measurement and molecular weight determination of polystyrene in the blends showed that polystyrene was decomposed during blending process. The decomposition degree of polystyrene increased with increasing DCP content. When styrene was added into the above system, the decomposition of PS would be restrained. The styrene monomers were crosslinked with NBR and PVC to form graft copolymers, which act as compatibilizer in the system. The impact strength of the blends could be modified when DCP content was suitable.
