钢恒温超塑焊接后的热处理及其冲击性能

摘    要:进行了40Cr与40Cr,40Cr与T10钢的同种材料及异种材料恒温超塑焊接后的热处理及冲击试验,分析了热处理对焊接接头性能的影响,试验表明,恒温超塑焊接接头有相当好的抗冲击性能,钢在恒温超塑焊接后根据不同要求可采取整体或局部热处理。

Abstract:Heat treatment and impact properties of 40Cr-40Cr, 40Cr-T10 steel superplastically welded at constant temperature have been examined and the effect of heat treatment on the properties of welded joint has been analyzed. The results show that the joint have high impact resistance. According to requirements,the whole superplastically welded specimen or part of it can be heat treated.
