| 摘 要： | 对华东电网2000-2007年的电源充裕度和可靠性指标进行评估,分析了历年的实际可靠性水平及相关影响因素,并与传统的备用裕度方法相校核.根据负荷特性、电源结构和区外来电特性.通过电源可靠性(LOLP)计算及电力电量平衡模拟运行计算,提出了华东电网合理备用容量的建议值,为中长期电源和电网规划提供参考依据.
