一种固定开关频率型电流跟踪SPWM变频调速系统

摘    要:通过对滞环电流跟踪型PWM逆变器的波形分析和理论计算,提出一种固定开关频率型电流跟踪SPWM变频调速系统。采用固定频率型,与滞宽恒定的电流跟踪系统相比,具有减少跟踪误差,降低谐波电流影响和提高逆变器性能的优点,可以解决开关频率在参考电流变化率接近零时的高频的开关损耗,以及频率过低时的低次谐波造成电流波形畸变而影响电机的性能。

Abstract:According to wave analysis and theoretical calculation of PWM inverter with delay-loop current tracing, this paper proposes a frequency control system with current tracing SPWM. The application of fixed frequency produces fewer tracing errors, insusceptibility to harmonic current and higher inverter performance, which solves the problem of high frequency switching loss occurring when rate of reference current change is approaching zero. It also solves the problem of dynamo performance reducing due to the current wave form distortion, which is produced by low-order harmonic current when under-frequency occurs.
