摘    要:在天津大学研制的五坐标旋转锉刃磨机床的基础上 ,研究了旋转锉的四坐标数控刃磨技术。首先分析了四坐标数控刃磨旋转锉的可行性 ,然后通过运动分析建立了旋转锉的刃磨运动模型 ,最后通过多坐标联动控制实现旋转锉的实际刃磨

Abstract:Based on a 5 axis NC grinding machine for rotary burrs developed by the Tianjin University, the 4 axis NC grinding technology for rotary burrs is researched. Firstly, the feasibility of 4 axis NC grinding of rotary burrs is analyzed, then, the grinding motion model of rotary burrs is built up by the motion analysis, finally, with multi axis gang control, the practical grinding of rotary burrs is implemented.
