水文水动力学耦合模型在三峡梯级调度中的应用

摘    要:以三峡水情数据库为基础数据来源,建立了三峡与葛洲坝水文预报与水流模拟系统。该系统以三水源新安江模型和API模型基于报汛站和遥测站两种数据源提供三峡区间5 d的水文预报数据;以一维水动力学模型和水文预报结果结合三峡、葛洲坝两枢纽调度参数模拟两水库的洪水演进过程;以平面二维水动力学模型模拟两坝间的水流细节;以多方案管理方式实现各调度预案的比较和优化。系统可为三峡、葛洲坝梯级调度提供5 d的实时水情预报,前3 d精度较高。本系统已安装在中国三峡开发总公司梯级调度中心正式运行,为三峡和葛洲坝枢纽的实时调度提供科学依据。

Abstract:Based on the Water Condition Database of Three Gorges as the source of basic data,the hydrologic forecast and hydro-dynamic simulation system of Three Gorges and Gezhouba reservoirs is developed.In this system,the forecasted hydrologic data of Three Gorges intervening area for 5 days is generated by Xin'anjiang and API models base data from forecast flood center and remote station;the process of flood routing is simulated by 1D hydro-dynamic model base on hydrologic forecasted data and operational parameter...
