PU/PA互穿网络涂料印花粘合剂的研究

摘    要:水性聚氨酯(PU)/聚丙烯酸酯(PA)互穿网络(IPN)粘合剂可以克服聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂延伸性差、湿摩擦牢度低、易吸尘和粘搭的缺点。介绍了水性PU/PA的IPN涂料印花粘合剂的制备方法,及其不同配比对拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、摩擦牢度、吸水性、吸尘性、皂洗牢度的影响。试验结果表明,IPN粘合剂比其相同组分时的混合物效果好得多。

Abstract:The properties of polyacrylate(PA) binder of pigment printing, such as lower elongation and tensile strength on breaking, poor wet crocking fastness, ease of dust absorbency, and tacky feeling, may be overcome by the IPN water-borne polyurethane (PU)/polyacrylate in suitable proportion. The preparation of IPN water-borne PU/PA binder, and the influence of different proportion to tensile strength, elongation at break, crocking fastness, water and dust absorbency and soaping fastness are all introduced in this paper. The result indicated that the IPN is better than the blending one. The IPN binder is a available method for making a better binder in pigment, particularly in knitted fabric printing.
