| 摘 要： | 本文在归纳重庆市农村居民居住空间布局类型上,分析了分散居住的诸多弊端,结合重庆市农村发展的契机,提出城镇发展推动型、市场开发带动型、土地开发驱动型、乡村产业构建型、移民安置迁建型模式引导农村居民相对集中居住,同时也能为我国广大山地、丘陵地区农村发展提供一些借鉴。

| Abstract: | The article first generalizes the spatial patterns of rural residence,and then analyzes the disadvantages of scattered residence in rural districts.Combining with those opportunities of development to rural districts in Chongqing,the article formulates the following modes to guide the scattered residence to relatively centralized residence modes such as the mode of impetus of city development,the mode of leading of market development,the mode of promoting from development of land,the mode of village industry construction and the mode of placement of immigrants. |
