混凝土气泡特征参数测试方法研究

摘    要:采用的ASTM C457(人工显微镜法)测试混凝土气泡特征参数的方法耗时耗力,且可重复性差,误差大.为了准确方便地测试混凝土的气泡特征参数,提高混凝土引气质量的鉴别效率,文章详细分析论述了数字图像分析、AVA测试仪和Rapid Air测试仪三种典型的先进气泡参数测试原理和过程,指出了三种方法与ASTM C457有很好的相关性,说明采用图像分析、AVA和Rapid Air分析混凝土气泡特征参数方便、准确和可信,具有一定应用价值.

Abstract:Traditional test method of air void system by ASTM C457 is too complicated,so three new excellent automatic test methods of air void system including AVA,Rapid Air and image analysis system are introduced and analyzed in detail in this paper.Their test results are consisted with the ASTM C457,and it is more convenient and accurate to test the air void system with the instruments of AVA,Rapid Air and by the image analysis system.These methods shall be made more widespread for the measurement of the air void ...
