| Abstract: | It illustrates the background and concept of imbalanced tender offer,summarizes the three kinds of embodiment forms of imbalanced tender offer,analyses the cause of imbalanced tender offer and the consequence it may be resulted in,and puts forward the detailed measures to prevent and control the imbalanced tender offer of bidding enterprises,so as to enhance the economic and social benefit of construction enterprises. |
