YE4电机定转子铁心制造工艺的研究

摘    要:针对YE4电机开发需提高铁心制造精度的要求,通过对冲压模具的设计、材料选择和处理以及和冲床、硅钢材料的配合研究入手,减少了冲片毛刺高度。改进定子铁心装压的方法,提高了叠压系数,降低了电机铁耗。

Abstract:Aiming at the requirement of improving the precision of core manufacturing for the development of YE4 motor, the purpose of reducing the burr height is achieved through the design of stamping die, selection and treatment of material and the matching of punching machine and silicon steel material. The method of improving the loading of stator core was studied to improve the superposition coefficient and reduce the motor iron consumption.
