重油催化裂化装置产品分离系统的技术改造

摘    要:为解决洛阳分公司二套重油催化裂化装置产品分离系统出现的问题,同时为满足提升管反应器MGD技术改造的需要,于2002年5月对主分馏塔、吸收稳定系统及液化气精制等进行了技术改造。改造后,产品分离系统操作弹性增大,操作稳定性增强,尤其是分馏塔压降大幅度降低,操作适应性提高。产品分布和产品质量也得到改善。

Abstract:The No. 2 heavy oil FCCU in the refinery of Luoyang Petrochemical Company was technically transformed in May, 2002 for enabling the riser reactor to operate MGD technology and sol-ving the problems appeared in the running of the main fractionator, absorbing-stabilizing system and LPG treating. The operation of the product separation system was more flexible and stable especially the pressure-drop in the main fractionator was significantly reduced after the revamping. The product slate and product quality were also improved.
