摘    要:为解决静电旋杯喷涂过程中产生的色差条纹缺陷,通过CFD(计算流体动力学)技术对喷涂工序进行过程及结果仿真,探究特定条件下合理的成型空气系数设定.通过现场验证证明了仿真结果有效.

Abstract:Aiming to solve the defect of stripes in different colors during the electrostatic bell-cup spraying process,the process and results of painting were simulated based on CFD(computational fluid dynamics),and the reasonable setting of shaping air coefficient under specific conditions was studied.The simulation result was verified in the production line.
