汽车涂装热闪干工位除湿方式探究

摘    要:介绍了目前在涂装热闪干工位有应用的除湿方式,包括直膨式热泵除湿、传统表冷器除湿、传统方法预除湿+转轮除湿以及直膨式热泵预除湿+转轮除湿.简述了各除湿方式的原理,比较了它们的优缺点.在满足工艺条件的前提下,比较了上述4种除湿方式的能耗.认为直膨式热泵除湿节能效果最优异,而转轮除湿将逐渐成为新建涂装项目的主流.

Abstract:Several dehumidification methods currently used in the hot flash drying section in painting line were introduced,including direct-expansion heat pump dehumidification,traditional surface cooler dehumidification,surface cooler plus rotary wheel dehumidification,and direct-expansion heat pump plus rotary wheel dehumidification.The dehumidification principle of each method was described,and their advantages and disadvantages were compared.The energy consumptions when using the said four methods on the premise of meeting the process requirements were calculated and compared.It is believed that the direct-expansion heat pump dehumidification is most energy efficient,and the rotor dehumidifier will become more and more widely used in new painting projects.
