摘    要:以聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)为基体,基于化学刻蚀和敏化处理的表面改性,采用双组分喷涂法在改性基体表面制备了高性能的银涂层.改变喷涂过程中银氨溶液和还原溶液的浓度以及喷涂次数,研究它们对银涂层的微观形貌、宏观形貌、沉积量和光学常数的影响,考察了最佳喷涂条件下所得银涂层的成分和性能.结果表明:化学刻蚀后表面产生大量凹坑,...

Abstract:High-performance silver coatings were prepared via two-component spraying on the surface of PET(polyethylene terephthalate)modified by chemical etching and sensitizing.The effects of the concentrations of ammoniacal silver solution and reductant solution as well as the number of spraying passes on the micro-morphology,appearance,silver deposition amount,and optical constants of silver coating were studied.The composition and properties of the silver coating sprayed under optimized conditions were examined.The results showed that a lot of corrosion pits were formed on PET surface after chemical etching,and the contact angle of the sensitized PET surface to water was reduced to 20.3°.The silver coating prepared with 0.1 mol/L of AgNO3 in ammoniacal silver solution as well as 50 mL/L of C2H2O2 and 10 mL/L N(CH2CH2OH)3 in reductant solution by spraying 30 passes featured uniform and compact distribution of fine and round silver nanoparticles on its surface,a thickness of about 350 nm,a resistivity of about 7.07μΩ·cm(only 4.5 times that of the bulk silver),a surface roughness of 17.8 nm,and an average reflectance as high as 93.31%in visible light region and 99.45%in infrared region.It could be concluded that the pretreatment of chemical etching and sensitizing facilitates the adsorption and reduction of the ions to be deposited,and the silver coatings prepared by two-component spraying method have excellent electrical conductivity and optical properties.
