摘    要:基于圆柱形空腔膨胀模型,将靶板变形所做的塑性功等效为刚性弹在整个侵彻过程所消耗的动能,对用于计算刚性卵形弹侵彻半无限厚铝合金靶板的侵深公式进行了推导.利用MTS万能试验机对2A12T4、6061T6、7075T6共3种铝合金材料进行了室温下的静态力学性能实验,得到了它们的真实应力-应变曲线,并将各参数代入侵深方程进行计...

Abstract:Based on the cylindrical cavity expansion model,the plastic work of the target-plate deformation was equivalent to the kinetic energy consumed by the rigid projectile in the whole penetration process. The formula for calculating the penetration depth of the oval rigid projectile into the semi-infinite aluminum alloy target plate was derived. The static mechanical properties of 2A12T4,6061T6 and 7075T6 aluminum alloys were tested by MTS universal testing machine at room temperature,and the true stress-strain curve were obtained,and the parameters were calculated with the invasion depth equation. The penetration depth of 12.7 mm penetrator into three kinds of aluminum alloy targets at different speeds was obtained through the terminal ballistics test which was compared with the theoretical results. The results show that the theoretical model is in good agreement with the experimental results,and the penetration equation is reliable. The reliability of the target material stress-strain data has a great impact on the accuracy of the model prediction.
