摘    要:从油漆车间电泳灰粒产生的源头着手,在白车身洁净度、前处理工艺和电泳工艺三方面对电泳灰粒潜在的影响进行分析。通过对电泳工艺段的主槽循环进行改进,调整出槽喷淋压力,以及改造湿打磨,有效控制了电泳成膜后的灰粒数量,使电泳打磨灰粒数量下降75%,油漆整体外观质量得到提高。

Abstract:Aiming at the origin of e-coat dirt in paint shop,the latent influences of BIW(body in white)cleanliness,pretreatment,and e-coating process on the formation of e-coat dirt were aanalyzed.The quantity of e-coat dirt was effectively controlled and reduced b 75%through improving the circulation of e-coat tank,adjusting the pressure of sprinkler at the end of e-coat tank,and transforming the wet sanding equipment after e-coating section.Therefore the appearance of the whole coating was improved.
