摘    要:探讨了在金刚石电镀镍溶液中硼酸+柠檬酸钠复合缓冲体系对镀液稳定性以及镀镍层结合力和成分的影响.结果显示,采用上述复合缓冲剂替代单一硼酸能够提高镀液pH和硼酸质量浓度的稳定性,增强镀镍层的结合力,并降低硼在镀镍层中的夹杂.

Abstract:The effect of a composite buffer comprising boric acid and sodium citrate for nickel electroplating of diamonds on the stability of electroplating bath,as well as the adhesion and composition of nickel coating was discussed.The results showed that the performance of the composite buffer in stabilization of bath pH and boric acid concentration was better than that of boric acid alone.Nickel coatings with improved adhesion and reduced inclusion of boron could be obtained by using the composite buffer.
