摘    要:利用扫描电子显微镜,观察研究了SiO2粒子填充的透明聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯薄膜接枝前后断面形貌的差异,揭示了其透光性变化的机理,从而更好地实现对其透光性的控制。分析认为,由于聚丙烯酸接枝链的引入而导致的晶区与非晶区密度差异增大以及试样内原来均匀分布的SiO2粒子与树脂基体脱粘和聚集,是丙烯酸接枝PET薄膜透光性变化的直接原因。

Abstract:The discrepancy in fracture morphology of pre - and post - grafting of transparent polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films filled with SiO2 was examined by means of scanning electron microscopy. The mechanism of transparency variation of acrylic acid(AA)grafted PET film was revealed aimed at realizing control of the transparency. The analysis demonstrates that because of the introduction of the polyacrylic acid grafting chains, the difference in density between crystalline phase and amorphous phase expands, and the SiO2 particles originally distributed homogeneously in the specimen separate from the resin matrix and aggregate themselves together. This is the direct reason for the variation in transparency of the AA grafted PET film.
